Boston Harbor is a great spot for beach access - it is a boat harbor so there are toxins and you should wash hands and feet when done playing. There is a beach access next to the marina - there you can buy sandwiches and snacks and even seafood. They have brunches on the harbor dock on Sundays and I want to check them out this summer - they started in May. You can also rent kayaks from the marina for kayak tours of the area. They have
Pier Peer events in the summer, they are good for over 4 year olds, so I haven't gone yet. In the summer, Boston Harbor School has a really cool playground, I'll have to take pictures of it when we go again this summer.
