Tolmie State Park

Tolmie is a great park for a trail walk or a beach combing expedition. We've gone a few times and the South Sound Estuary Association has their Beach Naturalist program with volunteers showing critters and answering questions this summer. Remember that the beach is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays (not just winter hours, all year) due to budget restraints and there are no signs indicating this.
